I have a correct icloud login but is there a way around the verification in order to log in? Don't have access to the phone

Nope. This is Apple that you're talking about. They have a really large budget to make sure that can't happen. All you can do is prove that you're the owner and request the 2FA to be removed.

No. Apple has extremely good security. There is no getting around it.
