I need members from other groups of my choice targeted and added to my group. They need to be active in the last 2 weeks or so.

There are services to sell members for telegram groups.
But,
I have not seen anyone selling members from YOUR choice of group and to yours. Isn't it like stealing members from other group ?
Or,
Maybe you can just run targeted ads within Telegram to attract members of specific group or niche to yours.

From Public groups , you wanted to add members in your own group -automated by Bot , correct . I think I Know someone but can not remember Now. 😴 , I will write here later .
