I got his from this platform. 'Exploit Cobra' is the tool name. I want to know if anyone knows about him.

The site was accessible before but currently not available.
I have got his telegram contact (@exploitcobra) when the site was accessible.
He has confirmed that the site is down at the moment, but I can get tools directly from him.
I need to confirm his credibility, if anyone knows about him.

EDIT: He's selling PDF exploits? LOL these do not exist man. This is a very common scam. Silent .pdf exploits have been extinct since ~2013. There have been Foxit/Acrobat exploits, but MOST .pdfs open in browsers and do not fire .exes. And they are not sold for $175.
Silent .docs have been extinct to the consumer market since ~2019 and have never worked with Office 2022 / Office365
