What if we encouraged users to post high quality user-engaging content and awarded them with additional posting bytes per user engagement? You could achieve this by awarding the original thread poster a few bytes per reply on the thread.
Thoughts?

Members get Bytes for creating a thread. Then they also get some bytes for each reply.
