Honestly it's so hard for me to get a proper sleep. I probably sleep like 5-6 hours a day.

Get at least 7-8 or the most minimum 7. 5-6 still feels dying honestly. I used to sleep 10 or more when I was a younger boy. Nowadays I just sleep max 7-8 which is weird , I thought i needed more to feel like connor mcgregor u know? Turns out I guess I saved more time now in my daily life.

Not many.. maybe 2-3 at the most. Might get a little nap later on during the day, but overall I don't get much sleep.

Why is that so? Its not really good sleeping like that. 2-3 hours is dying for real. Life span reduced , aging increases and many more factors.

Personally I prefer 7 hours at a minimum, and ideally 8-9 hours a night.

It varies between nights and shit, sometimes a lot, sometimes not at all

For months I was working minimum 14 hour days, and would aim for 7 hours of sleep every night. Now I seem to be getting closer to 8 hours of sleep and working less lately.

My sleep schedule is fugged.
I sleep from around 4AM - 5AM to 9AM - 10AM and then I take a nap at around 3PM

4-6 depends on the day / how the night went. I have a nice mattress so even if I feel like sleeping longer I just feel like it’s enough with 4-6.
