Wearing glasses - Morphh - Oct 5, 2024

I now have to wear glasses, and wow, does it make a huge difference. I knew my vision was bad, but I didn’t think it was "needing glasses" bad. But I'm super happy I got them, and now I have to accept that it's a part of my look now lol. Anyone else wear glasses? If you do, what did it feel like when you first got them? Mine feels great, but it does feel like my surroundings are moving like the floor walls etc—kind of trippy.

You can always opted for laser surgery or whatever they call it. But I still don't trust that process though. Its been around for years already.

how do you know if you have bad eyes

RE: Wearing glasses - DashPHP - Oct 5, 2024

I have been prescribed glasses but I rarely wear it. These days I have been wearing it more though, just at desk.

I am considering laser eye treatment in the near future.

Get an eye test, I guess. I knew because I couldn’t focus my eyes on words that well, and long distance was hella blurry. When they tried me with glasses, it made a huge difference. Now, when I take them off, everything looks blurry-ish.

Why don't you wear them?

It hurts when you look at bright lights or just whenever? Maybe there is a trigger that causes them to hurt?

Your vision will get blurry. But you can go for a checkup , they will check ur nerves as well as your vision test and all.

If you want hardcore they will put some sort droplet on your eyes so that your eye cells expands and they see it under the microscope ( maybe not the actual device name etc )

Fortunately no glasses for me, but yeah, glasses can be a cool addition to a look. Don’t feel too bad

Well, I'm no expert, nor do I have much knowledge, but I'd say get checked just in case. They'll most likely say you need glasses, though it seems opticians usually will say you could benefit from glasses even if you don't need them. But get checked no harm in getting a check up. Do you get much sunlight? maybe that could be something to do with it.

Yeahhh I'll get used to them.

I just wear sunglasses when it’s bright out!

I should probably get my eyes checked again but eh I can see for the most part lol

Glasses for me this weekend.
I feel like contact lenses would be irritating.

I feel that, I'm not a big fan of the sun, especially when its glaring into my eyes lol.

When I first got my glasses, everything looked "trippy" too, but after a while, I got used to it and I didn't get that feeling anymore. My vision is so bad that without my glasses, I can barely distinguish shapes. Everything is just a blur of colors everywhere.
