Yeah, I know what you mean. Even we weren't sure if it was possible. Almost all of my friends rent and may never get into the property market. Especially with how infation has boomed in the past few years. I admit that if we didn't buy when we did we 100% could not buy anything decent in todays market so we are quite lucky.

It's great because it unlocks another level of weath and opportunity for us. We can invest the equity that builds on the property to purchase more property or make some investments that we wouldn't be able to do if we didn't own this house.

My advice is to anyone thinking about when to buy, just get in ASAP because it will only get harder.
