Wow that's def the last place i'd think I hear about freddie dredd lol. Gives me so much nostalgia I used to listen to him a lot back in the days.
You should also check his old songs, it's a bit less dark than what he's doing now but I really like his old flow.

Yeah he gained some popularity a few years ago and I know some of his songs went viral on tiktok so it sure helped him a lot, as you said, good for him he deserved it , you gotta reward someone when he's got talent :)
