I'm looking to improve my online privacy and was wondering if anyone could share tips or guides on setting up a reliable proxy. I've done a bit of research, but I want to make sure I’m covering all my bases when it comes to security.
Specifically, I’m interested in:

2. How to avoid common pitfalls with setup.
3. Best practices for using proxies without slowing down connection too much.
