I am old html guy ,knows only wordpress
any cms or editor which can make same login screen
but need same look and feel

fiverr or learn and do it yourself. Nobody is going to do that for free.

Like others said you can save the html files locally. or upload this picture to AI and ask them provide a code for you. At leas they can make it close.
ChatGPT supports image upload on the upgraded / premium version.

Its just keep upgrading now it can search for links and all. Its getting more useful.
I underestimated chatGPT at first, only used it to script codes for me. But now it supports upload of picture and web searching and many more stuffs.
Its just getting dangerous honestly.
You might as well write a predicability code to predict gambling patterns I seen ppl do that and succeed, the site needed to ban him and close honestly lol.

I literally use ChatGPT to do 30% of my job. It’s amazing. Never thought of uploading images of a web page to have it try and copy though. Gonna give that a try with something simple and see if it works.

you can copy the website by using wget, i found this from https://superuser.com/questions/200426/curl-to-download-a-directory.
the command is: wget -r http://example.com/
after you do that test the website first, then after make it php and write ip and password to a file
