That’s a solid quote, especially fitting for anyone into tech and overclocking! It’s a humorous reminder of the risks involved when pushing hardware to its limits. Do you have any memorable experiences where you learned this lesson firsthand?

"The more you know, the more you know you don't know anything." -Aristotle

I like this quote because everything about it is true. We're constantly learning new things every day and there's so many things we just don't know about our universe in general. New discoveries are made each and every day. Knowledge is ever expanding.

That’s such a profound quote and rings so true! The more we uncover, the more mysteries and questions seem to appear, especially with topics as vast as the universe. It’s humbling and inspiring to remember that learning never really ends.

I got a few actually, the most common issue for me was to check that the water cooling block was actually properly seated (might have something to do with weed and/or alcohol consumption back then) and well, fried more than enough CPU's...oh and then I had a super old AMD Duron 800MHz thing that I got clocked up to just shy of 1.6GHz, it managed to boot in to Win XP but then it was just too much, turned in to KFC.

Sounds like you’ve definitely had some adventures in overclocking! That Duron story is impressive, though. Getting it nearly doubled in speed is no small feat! It’s always wild to think about how far you can push these components before they hit their limit (or turn into a crispy snack). Do you still experiment with overclocking, or was that more of a past hobby?

"If I die, before I wake, I pray thy Lord my soul to take" - The Prayer

This has been my favorite quote for many years now.

Nah.. um..

“If life gives you lemons, make lemonade”.

And the epic speech from Rocky.

These days I don't OC at all, or well, if a customer wants to do a mild OC then we can do it together but that's about it. The CPU's have enough power as is these days for my needs. I still kinda collect old CPU's, I drill a hole in one corner, round their sharp corners and then put a keychain trough the hole :D

Here's a quote that I live by:

"A genius is someone who can get from A to C without going through B."

It just goes to show that the intended way isn't the only way to do things; there's other methods of doing things as well. Work smarter, not harder.

“The most important thing in business is honesty, integrity, hardwork... family... never forgetting where we came from… See, ya are what ya are in this world. That's either one of two things: Either you're somebody, or you ain't nobody.”

Personally, I think the quote does all the talking it needs to.
