A little over $3,000 and almost half of that is my mortgage and about 1/6th of it is my car. Never buy a new car, one of my biggest financial regrets.

This is huge buddy. I can live a whole year with that money. Cost of living is less here.

Must be nice. I must admit there days where I go to https://the earth awaits and see where retiring would be nice.
I make a good amount of solid income a month but yes, pocketing more of that cash would be nice too.
