Paid Opportunity: Need Help from JS Developer (clientside web3 JS app from GitHub) - TicsandKu - Nov 14, 2024 There is a Github repo for a clientside Javascript website web3 solidity code editor (no backend). It is an actively maintained repo with thousands of stars and good popularity. The install instructions are simple, using technologies such as Yarn and Node.js. Their Github provides like 5 commands. If I follow the commands, the install fails. I've installed it without this problem before, but since many months ago they have changed something and I am getting errors related to node-gyp and some Yarn dependency when I try to install it via the commands provided in their readme. Nobody is complaining about this in the Github Issues page, so I'm sure that I'm doing something wrong and it is easy fix. I am not a developer, so I do not have experience with the such. I use a Linux vps server and I want to install it on that, if anybody knows how to clone this repo on Linux and get past the errors, and give me instructions on how you did it, I will pay you $40 in crypto (doge or ltc). I think it will be easy if you are web developer. No coding necessary, I just need to clone the repo and get past the errors to compile this website. Bonus: If you ARE willing to do some coding, I want to implement a custom functionality where, when a user pastes code into the code editor on this website and attempts to deploy it , the system should ignore the pasted code and instead deploy a different predefined code. The technologies used in this repo (as per listed on the github page) are TypeScript JavaScript CSS Solidity EJS Shell. If you are add this modification and demonstrate that it works, I will pay you $400 in crypto (doge or ltc). PM me for repo link and more details, no time wasters please. We can communicate on Discord preferred. RE: Paid Opportunity: Need Help from JS Developer (clientside web3 JS app from GitHub) - Harald - Nov 16, 2024 I reached out to this user and completed the requested task, but received no response or feedback. If the code has been completed by another developer, clear communication is expected. Don’t waste people's time. I will update this if the user responds, but for now, it feels like my time has been wasted.
