Should I consider these changes to my website / insight into credit card processors - Spam Assassin - Nov 23, 2024 I have set my site to be web friendly and also kept it mobile friendly as well, but although I don't think mobile clients do purchase a lot, IMO. Thus, I have removed the main menu from the site for Tabs/Mobiles and only kept it for clients who view from a desktop or full screen tablet. Its been made as so even with someone on Desktop Mode enabled won't have access to the full menu, even though they can look though the basic packages and plans but not all. I provide a lot of services as from Softwares for StartUps, to Proxies to Hosting, but on mobile/tablets I have only allowed hosting details to be shown. Am i doing the right marketing plan. As Traffic comes from google ads, and I have set some ads with affiliate links, so when a user visits the link I get charged a good amount at $0.50 a visitor, he buys or not doesn't matter. As fact I lost a lot of funds because mobile chaps comes and visits without any purchase and many are bots or trollers, idk which/. But there were some legit buyers as well, users who been busy and do the digging via mobile / tab when over dinner or other work done outside. So should I give the full menu access, by that I will be charged a full on my ad budget although clients will be able to view all my products, although now for basic visits I am charged $0.1 to 0.15 at most which is 25% of the actual cost at 0.5 a visit over budget. Any advice.
Thanks again for helping me out on these issues! RE: Should I consider these changes to my website / insight into credit card processors - Clue - Dec 3, 2024 You’re doing more harm than good by restricting certain access for mobiles. If it doesn’t negatively affect you in any way, why would you want to restrict it? It could harm your SEO as Google do mobile first indexing. I think thats a good note. I will take on that. The issue sometimes is people enable desktop mode in tab/pads and end up getting the ads but well that be only 10-15% of the users so I can take that much risk. Thankyou for the help! |
