I want to send my password protected encrypted .zip file but Google keep identifying it as Virus. Any way to bypass this issues.

Yeah, don't email it. Email attachments from unknown senders today is as suspicious as it gets. You'd have to be a real pro at social engineering to get my grandma to open and unzip that (if she was still alive). Google could simply block all encrypted zip files as malware, and no one else would care.
