HEY THERE FORUM FAM , I AM ASKING WHAT ARE THE BEST THINGS TO DO AFTER INSTALLING KALI LINUX .
IF POSSIBLE PLEASE INCLUDE TIPS TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS AND ALSO MAYBE A FREE VPN IF POSSIBLE , IF NOT DONT MAKE FUN OF ME FOR ASKING .... THATS WHATS WRONG WITH FORUMS NOW A DAYS

Why do you need to stay anonymous ?
Free VPN and anonymous are not compatible, they store logs that can identify you.
For anonymity, Mullvad is the best choice as far as I know and it's 5€/5$ per month.
If you installed Kali on a VM then :
- sudo apt update && upgrade
- make a snapshot of your VM in case you break something, and you'll, as you seem to begin in this field
Then register on tryhackme and start learning there

I second @Bastille. I use Mullvad VPN on a lot of my servers where I run dockers for multiple uses of things that I do not internal network access to. If you are trying to host services and face them outside of your network for access, I would not recommend it. TryHackMe is a great way to get going and have a lot of online classes, or just go binge watch a YT playlist and just learn by trying.

You're not supposed to 'install Kali Linux'. Use a real distribution instead, and use Kali Linux for pentesting.

Just like Bastille said, update/upgrade. To be honest, if you're asking such a question, it might be better for you to learn how Linux works first and then move on.
