This setup is enough to navigate and send anonymous message on social networks and don't be tracked?!
VPN + VirtualBox + Temp Mail + Account on Social Network
- Connect VPN that don't keep logs on Host OS
- Using Virtual Machine and connect TOR on Guest OS
- Create a temp mail
- Create account on social network with this temp mail
- Send anonymous messages with this new profile
There is nothing bulletproof, but I believe that with this setup it is much more difficult to be tracked.
What could you do to make it better?!
Going to a public place may be better because it does not use my own provider and IP, however they may have cameras and etc...
Doing this from home is more practical, just requiring more care.

I would suggest that instead of a virtual box, vmware would be better
