They don't. Not really. Here's what you would have to do: Buy a Flipper Zero from flipperzero.one. Lie in the middle of the road outside the gates. When someone comes by and sees you and walks over to see what's wrong, whip out your blackjack and conk the person on the head. Steal the RFID card and clone it with the Flipper. Then hope that security doesn't notice as you replay the code to get in. Finally, try to sneak into your ex's place before you're arrested for assault, battery, and trespassing.

pair it with the flipper app on mobile. it will read he gate signal and check db for the key signal or ty to crack it. used mine to get in several place using those weak system lol

Best place is the official site (preferably) or Amazon, some other places like aliexpress could not be great because the previous owners could take it appart and give you something that doesn’t work
