Definitely worth it :)
All it takes is willingness, water, and time. It’s not as hard as you would think to “move” in the water and survive. You may not move fast or look good, but you can tick the “I can swim” box within hours of learning doggy paddle, breaststroke, or similar.

To train and be consistent, unfortunately, it also depends on my commitments.
