Last year. My wife dragged me kicking and screaming to an alcohol-free new years party at her friends house.

Accidentally hitting someone with an item when throwing it to them when they asked,
Calling an ambulance for them,
Our friend group - including me - basically saying that I threw the item and it hit them, thinking we were just being literal to EMT,
Getting arrested and charged with assault due to a complete misunderstanding.
It all got dropped, it was never a crime to begin with but it seriously disrupted my mental health until it got dropped.

My worst experience was last year. I had a very hectic New Year’s Eve. That night, I drank a lot. Then I went out with a girl, and it was 7 in the morning by the time we were done. We went to have breakfast, I got home, and in the evening, we went out again and wore ourselves out for hours and hours. The next day, I woke up with myocarditis caused by the COVID vaccine.
