Tally TCP File Decryption or Decompile to original source code - Prostaly - Jan 3, 2025 Hi everyone , i have been working on the reverse engineering or decryption of Tally TCP File (Which stands for Tally Compliant Product) learn more below Learn more : //help.tallysolutions.com/developer-reference/working-with-projects/tally-compliant-product-tcp-file/ There are two types of files in TCP ,its an option for developers to either compile the project with Normal format or Inscribed format (irreversible) Even in normal format you cant decrypt unless you are the owner/developer of it (we can decompile it using the tallysolution website ) but since when we build it using tally developer (tally developer is an app where we develop TDL for tally customization and its an paid one so it has separate license so the person who builds the project or tcp file has only access to decompile it to its source code format or txt format ,but i have de compiled it by using an simple method, so almost my 50% of the work is over ,i need help in completing the other 50% i took this as an challenge to decrypt it from one of my colleague ,so if you can reply on this please let me know and iam new to this forum , Thank you. if you need tcp file ,please let me know RE: Tally TCP File Decryption or Decompile to original source code - DramaKing - Jan 3, 2025 There's a reverse engineering forum for this. Noted ,i will post the same there ,but actually its kind of Crypto involved too ,so that's why i posted here ,when i tested the entropy of the file ,its an solid 7.89 which represent an encryption. Thanks for replying to my first thread. Don't cross post, but the main focus is reverse engineering. Crypted binaries can be discussed there.
