I have $300 redeemed in my Amazon account and I'm not from the USA. I can't purchase any digital cards so what should I do to cash out the Amazon balance I have ?

You might be able to sell the account. 2fa gonna be tough though but I'm sure being in coordination with the buyer and amazon support you can get the number swapped.
Keep the buyer on a voip call so they can receive the 2fa text to relay to you for transfer.
