If you need a lookup on a phone number by IMSI, HLR information(subscriber data such as IMSI, cell info, and a bit more), VLR, MSC. This includes location information in terms of cell ID if available, and in some cases a very precise location. Then you can contact me for free, no costs.
The website will be free too so far, at least for 5-10 lookups daily.
