Vice City Beta Mod ISO (pre-release build) - Nightshader - Feb 7, 2025
I rebuilt the leaked 10/2/2002 pre release version of Vice City with beta mods that work on the ps2 port. Came out pretty nice and the debug menu and all the notable features of this unique build are still present.
