Another swatter bites the dust!
I'm happy to see it because these people get others killed, injured, or even arrested (for valid crimes, but false pretenses on initial search) and usually do it for very petty reasons.

According to the plea agreement, from approximately August 2022 to January 2024, Filion made over 375 swatting and threat calls, including calls in which he claimed to have planted bombs in the targeted locations or threatened to detonate bombs and/or conduct mass shootings at those locations. Filion targeted religious institutions, high schools, colleges and universities, government officials, and numerous individuals across the United States.

I feel like swatting punishment should be even more severe, attempted murder should also be thrown in as a charge.

2 years for that is pretty lenient, those kids really piss me off

Yeah that’s nutty. People could receive months for just one, let alone 375
I can’t imagine being so insecure and immoral that I call in SWAT on someone from the internet … 375 times.
