You should take a look at SQLmap, there are many tutorials on HF, on youtube, and rooms on tryhackme.com

SQLmap is your best tool, there's plenty of guides, youtube videos, post's here, and blog post's/documentation teaching you how to use it.

just craft the payload yourself
tools like sqlmap won't help you if you don't know actual exploitation
