One should not have to Google the website, but there is precious little info available even on there. There is no terms of service, no response to live chat, and no list of what is allowed, although there is no mention of the service being bulletproof or anything. All I can say is that the site is US-based and runs on Cloudflare servers.
And they only offer web hosting.
