Is Sellpass Good to sell on ? + Opsec Questions - Chorozon - Feb 23, 2025
Basically in the title guys , wondering what everyone's expediences has been and what kind of KYC they ask for pay outs

Sellpass is turning into Billgang, so you'll ideally want to look into both companies now if you're worried about OpSec.

Majority of those negative reviews are people being scammed not people using the site to sell products on. Not saying its a great site by any means but I have used it to sell and had a good experience. Can't really provide any info into the OPSEC side of things however

Billgang (the new sellpass) heaviky logs IPs of the seller and each customer, even showing the region and displaying the IP in Plaintext.
Same goes for HoodPay for accepting payments.
In the end I never log into my accounts outside of my Proxy Browser.

I would hope that all my clients would work under the assumption that everything could be logging ips and regions and to use a proxy
i am more wondering how they process payments and the KYC/Opsec in receiving payments online through services like this

I accept payments through HoodPay. There is no KYC and it is non custodial, so you configure your Crypto Public Keys and it goes directly into your Wallet. Hoodpay does not "store" your money. Occasionally payments get redirected to Billgang though for fee coverage.
