Yes, I have had a shadow ghost sit on my chest and wake me up out of sleep several times, feels like I can not move or breath, scary shit. Maybe sleep paralysis, but also I got followed when I was walking home by some shadow thing in the woods once, I do not understand this one. Was scary as hell. The thing warped around and made noises. Was not an animal.

Probably not paranormal, but scary. We moved into a new house and there was a spare wood door standing (leaned against the wall) in the basement for almost 8 years. On our first night it tipped over, it was so loud that we woke up. Pretty weird to be honest that this happened on the first night
