Steps to Customize Your Command Prompt:

1. Open Notepad.

2. Input the Following Script:
Code
@echo off
cls && ver && echo.
This script will execute every time you open a Command Prompt window from the start menu.

3. Enhance Your Script:
You can add animations or use `doskey` to create aliases. For instance, modify the script to include a short animation and create an alias for the `md` command, allowing you to type md {name} to create a folder in your current directory.

Here’s an example of an enhanced script:
Code
@echo off
cls
color 0a
setlocal enabledelayedexpansion
set count=0
rem Start Animation
:loop
if !count! geq 125 goto end

echo %random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%%random%

set /a count+=1
goto loop

:end
rem Usage: md {folder name}
doskey md=mkdir $1 & cd $1
ver

rem Clear the screen, show version, skip a line
cls && ver && echo.

rem Wait a second
ping localhost -n1 >nul

rem Change color back
color 07

4. Save Your Script:
Save the file in a location that’s easy to access, and copy the path to the file from the properties section.

5. Configure Command Prompt:
In your start menu, type "Command Prompt." When it appears, open the properties menu and add `/k {Path to your .bat file}` to the target field.

6. Launch Command Prompt:
Click "OK" and then open Command Prompt to see your customizations in action!

Not too sure of what exactly this is doing?
