DBSC- and ABE-encrypted cookies are difficult at best to decrypt, but you can find some projects if you look: https://github.com/search?q=app-bound%20encryption&type=repositories. Python, however, is, uh, non-ideal for Windows.

Alright so then most typical stealers these days just skip the v20's?

I have a stealer from python that can get all cookies from the chrome, edge,firefox, opera,..v.... browser
It's just having trouble with chrome password and I'll try to update in the next few days
