hi, I am currently unable to post almost anywhere in the site, but I would like to post a dispute, could anyone help me to do this?
this is extremely frustrating as I may have just been scammed by someone on-site

Open your contract and click "dispute this contract"
If you don't have a contract, gg
This is literally what the contract system is for.

so you are unable to post a deal dispute without a contract? That's pretty stupid considering newcomers of the site may prefer buying via telegram or off-site
So basically am i fucked?
because I do have the evidence and screenshots
so I dont really understand why it has to be under the contracts

Because anyone can be anybody on Telegram.
Anyone can change their username on telegram.
Anyone can pretend to be someone for a second and flip that username immediately.
Screenshots have been altered in the past, and it's incredibly easy to doctor.
Then it turns into a giant shitstorm of 'he said, she said' bullshit.
You need a contract to prevent this.
It is outlined in the Help Docs and the welcome message you get when you sign up. Contract usage is plastered all over the site.
I'm sorry for your loss, but really man.
