Hello everyone, I hope everyone's doing fine. Guys I come from India and we have access to lot of unemployed+employed tech savvy youths here.
I can find people able to work in almost every niche from frontend, backend to full-stack webdev. Devops,AI/ML, Software Dev, cybersecurity etc.
I can find college youths or experienced people willing to freelance at very low price as we don't get paid that much here comparing to USA.
So if I'd be taking US projects (in USD) and get projects made by Indians at low cost, I'd be making good money from my service based IT firm.
I was wondering how would I go starting a business/company like this ?

just create a website, solve the WHY YOU - directly at the beginning and overdeliver in results.
understand that every country has their own way of dealing in business (hardcore examples: germany, japan and middle-east)
get all of those people you know AND are reliable, in a roster.

Well you could make a website related the services people can work and be an intermediate man between services and you would charge a small comision
For example if your people would work with 2$ per hour you will charge people who need freelancers 2.50$ per hour so you will cut 50 cents as your share

26, Computer science graduate and worked as a backend dev in past but been unemployed for couple of years as I was making some money online.
