If you want to, you can also use an app such as FreeTone or Google Voice (unless paranoid) and then have this as your linked TG number. I'd recommend doing what was suggested though.

Yup, tdata account means u just download telegram portable from: https://desktop.telegram.org
And then u buy like "aged telegram" or whatever for like $1 and then u copy the tdata folder u get into the same folder as telegram.exe and run telegram.exe.
It'll load up like you are already logged in and work fine.
Super easy way to get telegram accounts without any usage of phone numbers or logging in as the accounts already have a phone number and are created accounts and the tdata is just like the session info.
It's like importing cookies on a browser and going to a site and seeing urself already be logged in is the easiest way I can think to explain it.

There's different kinds of plugins or anti detect browsers etc, you'll have to do some research for that one ✌
