You have to hang out in the chat and wait until someone makes it rain.

Raining is when you sit in the chat and a user “rains” bytes on other members. A great resource to learn about bytes is here: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6266699

Hang out in Convo, and wait on one of those guys to make it rain. It's not something that you initiate yourself, it happens when someone decides to be generous and share with the other users in the chat.. in other words, you could go in the chat.. and it rain bytes 15 minutes later... or you could sit in there for hours, and it never happen. Just a matter of someone deciding to share. If you want to gain your own bytes, you can either purchase them in our Currency Exchange, or earn them thru replying to posts, creating new thread, or playing any of our on-site games.

Hey, welcome to HackForums! Byte Rain is when someone in the Convo chat shares bytes with others, so just hang out there and you might catch some. It’s random, so it could happen quick or take a while. Also, check out the 'How to Earn Bytes' guide in the forum for other ways like posting or games. Good luck!
