NocturneHaven has Disputed a Contract with Envy ( 4958438 ) - NocturneHaven - May 24, 2025 Contract Link: https://hackforums.net/contracts.php?action=view&cid=401887 Disputed Member: https://hackforums.net/member.php?action=profile&uid=4958438 Lets start with the fact that Envy is good in responding and giving support. He has been and stillis responsive to messages. However, since the method is burned, or not working anymroe because (a big art of the EBOOK detail changed their TOS/registration process) we could not agree an a refund. Now continue with the dispute. I have paid: 50$ for the method 17$ for required part another 10$ (replacement of the 17$ one because it failed) (Not counting the $ for VPS/VPN premium/phone numbers etc) [deleted] Just hoping the right person can give an opinion on this and decide in one's favor once both parties replied. No hard feelings to Envy tho. prefered solution: refund 49.99/17/10 Agree also on: Refund 49.99, since Envy cant use the Id's provided anymroe himself. RE: NocturneHaven has Disputed a Contract with Envy ( 4958438 ) - Envy - May 24, 2025 Let me just start by saying YOU agreed to a contract that states NO REFUNDS under any circumstance. This is stated in both the thread, the contract you agreed to, as well as within the ebook. I'm not going to argue back and forth with you over $49.99 and the issue you had was miniscule compared to the contents of the guide. You also give away the method in your dispute, congratulations. I'll now close my sales thread for that guide. I even proved to you in .GIF the set up process and how it wasn't prompted, and then the verified status of the account. You didn't even bother to try, you just put up a fuss. You refused to listen to instructions and I even gave you alternatives, all you had to do was NOT use a VPS and only a VPN on your personal computer for the upgrade. You did not do as you claim in the thread and can not claim you tested it on your home PC with a VPN because I was the one that gave you what you needed to upgrade the account each and you provided evidence of that each time that you were still on a VPS. You were unreasonable and just instantly started demanding refunds and didn't even hesitate to dispute the contract in which it's terms YOU agreed to. Sellers beware of this buyer. REFUNDED:
