also how do i make sure there is no malware in the code? (just want to use/install these to test out/for educational purposes etc)

Second one barely qualifies as a framework and that's if you have a developer account and can add the platform-specific data yourself. The first one is just an ad for a Telegram channel. I wouldn't touch that at all.
In fact, I wouldn't try to test Google's anti-bot measures at all. I'm sure that working CAPTCHA bypasses are available, but any successful takedown may only last a few days while a manual review is done. And remember, only one report per account. I'm also quite sure that Google logs the IP addresses for reports.

thank you very informative 👍 However I HAVE had a mass report bot work (I did not own it/my friend had it but same principle etc). Would be nice if there was a service/someone could help me build one (I can offer payment etc 👍)

so using different accounts is able to disable a channel? What about using a vpn?

You can pay $10 on Fiverr, and maybe the target channel will be down for awhile.
