There are plenty of SSM panels available online, some on CodeCanyon if you know how to properly set them up.
Most of them are based of resellers and API.
Only a handful of them actually have the accounts and automation setup to deliver themselves.
The easiest would be to use a reseller.

You can build your own with a backend (Laravel/Node/Django), user auth, order queue, and reseller/API integrations.
Make sure anything you automate uses official/reseller APIs, respects third-party terms, and has abuse detection and payment handling built in to make it more smooth on running.
