Hello,
I’m a German citizen based in Germany. After 7 years as a Network Administrator and recently lost my job (form post here) , I’m launching my own tech company. The business is registered in Germany, and I currently receive a startup grant of €1,200/month (Gründungszuschuss). My German is okay. My first language is English.
The clients will be worldwide.
What I’m looking for
- A trustworthy co-founder/operations partner who can take charge when I’m unavailable and help drive execution.
- Someone comfortable with responsibility, decision-making, and client communication.
Focus areas (initial business lines)
- Marketing (including SEO)
- IT consulting
- 24/7 technical support
I already have clients interested in these services.
Compensation
- Equity-based arrangement. I’m flexible on structure (e.g., 50% or performance-based equity) and open to discuss what’s fair.
- No fixed salary initially. As revenue stabilizes, we can transition to a salary if desired.

- 7 years professional experience as a Network Administrator in Germany.
- Clear roadmap and client leads; looking for a committed partner to help execute and grow.

Mind sharing what you actually do? You say startup but everything screams consulting or similar.

I have consulting clients at the moment. They are local companies without IT department who need my services 2-3 times a month. I am planning on expanding that. I have a few SEO Websites and a few websites and app which I want to expand.
