he is techsavy ,so only way is he will install app from playstore
once he install app,what his info I can take abt his telegram acct
not other info like location,mobile no ,only telegram
also whats way todo android coding

he is tech savy,not willingly upload telegram folder
also I guess android has some folder permission thing that one app cant access data of another,right?
