Will be using the FBI portal to send the details right away, this is not a joke, after spending 4 hours of my time dedicating to finding out more, I believe I have the smoking gun (As they say).
I doubt I will get any reward, but I believe the proof I have this CONCRETE.

The proof I have as I said, is concrete if the suspected person RN is indeed the shooter, but if the suspected person is innocent, I wouldn't want to share this publicly, if you can help me submit the form, sure.
