You are supposed to start sentences with a capital letter and it says so in the help documents. When I suddenly got into hip-hop all my other musical interests waned.

I've been jamming to early bands like Skillet, Nickelback, Daughtry, Linkin Park, Citizen Soldier and Rascal Flatts.

If you haven't heard any of these then definitely give them all a go.
There are some on this list that I am not a fan of
Linkin Park is my favorite from your list specifically
OP - You have so many bands to jam out to. Enjoy!!
People really shouldn't ignore country, folk, blues, etc.
So many good songs, and then the mix-ups between them, more modern jam bands with throwbacks, etc... Lots of sub-genres and genre crossovers or mixed genres within these bigger categories.
