It appears that it was Canada which took out TradeOgre.
For those who didn't know, TO was a non-KYC exchange which traded a lot of XMR.

Seems like a lot of folks are complaining about their funds being seized, mostly the ones who were doing legit transactions and just didn’t want to do any KYC. It would be a lengthy process to go to court, just to prove the source of funds

btw, website didn't resolve for weeks, now it does indeed have the RCMP seizure notice.
Internet seems pissed that RCMP stole their funds.
