If this isn't your wallet, refer to the Help Docs. You shouldn't have any issues uploading your photo id to get your account back if it's actually yours.

It's on an app to earn sats. And they questionable ban people for Ludacris stuff if reading reviews. It's softbanned afaik. But not just outright stealing anyone's. It's mine they just won't reactivate it
