Hacker like movies / series? - onlineuser | D3RFER - Oct 2, 2025
I've watched a lot of different shows that either completely involve hackers or feature them to some extent.
Blacklist, Mr. Robot, Suits, Die Hard.
Any recommendations for new ones I could watch?

NCIS: Tony & Ziva if you hate yourself. I've also been wanting to watch CSI: Cyber, but that apparently uses 'hacking' as a plot crutch, too. There's also Silicon Valley.

Silicon Valley caught my attention for some reason.

I really wish there was more that are like it
Hackers had like the best mix of how the people in the scene was back then and even some unrealistic stuff but it all tied together so nicely. the colors/vibe of the movie was amazing aswell

Hacker (2016) is pretty good imo, it's more about carding and social engineering though.

The acting and everything is pretty lack luster but the actual reality of the journey of being a hacker was the most realistic i have ever seen
