How do you relax on a day off when you have been stressed.
I am talking specifically something that requires no plans. Like I can't go travel or anything.
Ideally something that requires no money or very little.

Work on a hobby/project that you will enjoy to make progress on.. Chat with some friends, watch a movie or play a new game.. ^_^

I recently got into lego and I find that helps a lot. That with a movie in the background.

I have the very rare, employee only Lego Bao Dur from LOTR. I got it as a gift last christmas and still haven't built it.

Def recommend building one. Just completed one of mine at the brewery down the street with some friends over like a week and a half. Was very fun

Usually stick to internet or play online games , sometimes go out with my wife and kids
