App for Uploading to Snapchat from Camera Roll? - Pilly - Oct 4, 2025
Hey everyone,
I’ve been looking for an app or method that lets me upload photos/videos from my camera roll to Snapchat, but I want it to look like they were taken directly from the camera (not tagged as “From Camera Roll”).
I know about things like ChickenCam and SnapEnhance and AstroSnap back in the day, but either they’re outdated or require root (which I’m not looking to do).
Does anyone here know of a working non-root app, tweak, or workaround in 2025 that still works for uploading to Snapchat without the tag?
Appreciate any tips or recommendations!

Looking at how to install without root now using NPatch.
If you have a good step by step lmk!
Just followed the NPatch guide. But after using the certain snap version patching it, installing it. It says update the app from your app store after trying to log in?
