Can you explain what you mean?
Are you wanting to crypt a file to then send via mass spam?
Or are you asking to send encrypted emails?
Or are you wanting to crypt a program that can launch mass spam from a server?
Your question can be interpreted in a few different ways.

you want to crypt your payload to spread via mass mailing? you need crypting with pdf,doc,xll,lnk,url,xss or something like that right away... good luck
