Woman invoked Charlie Kirk's killing while threatening immigration agents - Palestine - Oct 16, 2025
Bethany Abigail Terrill, 37, was arrested on Wednesday as the U.S. Department of Justice moves to take aggressive action against individuals nationally who threaten agents at the front lines of President Donald Trump's immigration crackdown.
Terrill, a resident of Malden, Massachusetts, was charged in a criminal complaint filed in federal court in Boston with threatening a U.S. official, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
The case stemmed from events that occurred on September 29 near a courthouse in Medford, Massachusetts, where agents from the FBI, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations had gathered to conduct an immigration arrest of an individual there to be arraigned.
As agents handcuffed the individual, Terrill, a bystander, approached, screaming “ICE is here, ICE is here” and “you guys are monsters, this is insane” while pushing through the agents and filming them with her phone, according to charging papers.
Terrill failed to comply with commands from agents to back up and addressed them as "Nazis" and "disgusting," authorities alleged.
According to court papers, as agents led the arrested individual to a car, Terrill yelled: "Charlie Kirk died, and we love it... we're coming for you, gonna kill you."

She's clearly unhinged saying how she loved that an innocent unarmed man was murdered in cold blood over his views.

We have one hell of a mental health crisis in this country on both sides, but that was the goal all along because it results in division which is exactly what they want.
Americans need to wake up, stop the division, stop the political violence and unite and instead of fight over disagreements talk about those disagreements and come to common terms.

I literally 10000% agree with you. They want us all divided and focused on fighting each other and not on our true enemy which is the government and corrupt politicians.

I don't condone violence or interfering with legal matters. Sounds like she might have physically assaulted some people (they say she pushed through while filming) and made threats.
I am also wondering if these ICE agents had a warrant, or any legal authority to perform the arrest.
I think thats a fair & bipartisan question given the current scenario.
The reason this is important is because if they do not have legal authority to perform the arrest, then she could argue self defense with reasonable force (pushing through and filming for evidence).
I understand some limited individuals will be "upset" at my "political" post here.
If you re-read it, all I have said is this:
- I don't condone violence
- Innocent until proven guilty
- Arrests require warrants, probable cause, and very specific legal requirements
- The article does not clarify this
- If armed & masked men are arresting my neighbor without a warrant, the law says self defense is applicable
I do not consider this post to be political because it is 100% based on our laws and rights - not modern politics.
Part 2, so some people here don't blow a gasket...
1. She most likely did put her hands on agents.
2. She made death threats.
3. They probably did have a warrant or legal authority (I am really stretching to give them this benefit of the doubt, but so be it)
4. If the 3 points above are all true then this is awful.
