Only legal way to do something like this is hook it upto you pc and factory reset. Everything data wise will be lost.

Otherwise, you have to go to the Apple Store and ask Apple to unlock it or go through iCloud. Okay, that's a super old iPad. It should be vulnerable to some exploits, but I don't know of public ones.
